Small Haul!

Hey Guys! I'm back its been almost a month :( I'm so sorry, everything has just been so stressful and busy but now I'm on break and a decided to post a pic and blog about a few new products I picked up! First off I got this Lo'réal lip gloss/liquid lipstick thingy in the color Rouge Allegro! I love this color so much it's perfect I definitely will be buying more. Next thing is the Lo'réal lineur intense, I hateeee this liquid liner. It's not very black at all and tends to flake on me :( but I do love the brush on it! If only there was more pigmentation. Thirdly I got a color tattoo in the color Pomegranate Punk. I love cranberry color and I am obsessed with these cream shadows anyway. And last I finally purchased a beauty blender and I love it! I usually use my Real Techniques pointed foundation and buffing brushes but I feel as if the beauty blender just really gets the product in my skin not just on top of it. I missed you guys :(

Sadly...

Hey Gals/Guys,

I started this blog to become more open to the beauty part of social media. I love writing a blog but it's so hard to have a beauty blog. I want to just be able to explain by talking to you guys. I think I want to start uploading videos to my YouTube channel and see how that goes. I think it will be easier for all of us! But I will still be posting on my blog. I'll try ever week on Tuesdays :)

Eye Primers:

Hello my peeps! LOL
Today I am talking about the importance of primer. whether it's UD primer potion or Nyx eyeshadow base pots. I use both and honestly for my eyelids the both work about the same. The thing is primer can change a whole look just look at these swatches. Ladies, if you do not use a primer go buy one right now, it's a life changer. Nyx primer is like $4 dollars! Go, right now!! October Favorites:

It's so sad to think October is already over! I have hauled a lot makeup in this month so I'm sharing some of my favorites from October! :)

Favorite 1) benefit eye brighter/boing concealer! This great, I love the consistency of both products. Very nice coverage. (Even for my dark circles!) lol

Favorite 2) naked skin foundation, I forgot to take a picture of the bottle but I'm in the shade 4.0. It's a great full coverage foundation with a very light weight feel. Worth the price!

Favorite 3) the ULTA sculpting palette in muse! I love all the colors the palette and it's so cheap!

Favorites 5,6,& 7) the prep! Benefit porefessional, elf lip exfoliater and under eye setting powder. I use this primer everyday since I first started doing makeup still my favorite! And glamoflauge for blemishes!

Favorite 8) brushes! I recently bought the core face brush kit by real techniques and these two la colors eye brushes are my current favorites for everyday!

Favorite 9) shadow primers, I have been on a cream eyeshadow kick this month and the color tattoos are AWESOME! My most used colors are tough as taupe, inked in pink, and barely branded

Favorite 10) shadowsss! My elf prism palette in Naked and my Lorac pro 2 are my most reached for!

Favorite 11) lashes brows and lip prep! I love this Carmex! It's an addiction really! My two favorite mascaras! And the best brow kit the Nyx brow cake in blonde! And elf lashes are my favorite always Theyre a dollar and they are such great quality!

Favorite 12) my favorite part! The lips, I have been loving dark nudes! And one bright red! The wet and wild bare it all, rimmels Rosetto which is the pinky one, a ulta one that doesn't have a name, and the ulta bright red :)

Makeup 101:

I'm backkkkk! And yes I am going here, a
lot of girls try very hard to look good. Some girls just try with the wrong products so here are a few tips and tricks! :)
1) if you are just starting with makeup, go for a neutral eye look not bright colors. And playing around with eyeliner is alway fun but don't go too crazy!
2)always try to blend foundation with a brush or sponge. It makes a huge difference, honestly. I Recommend the beauty sponge at Walmart, they're only like 5-6 dollars or even an elf brush! They range from 1-6 dollars so you can pick the price you want to spend!
3) do not go blush crazy! A subtle look is still going to give you that nice glow and rosiness! Blending is key!!
4) brows-a-no-no! Try filling in brows with a light taupe matte eyeshadow or a brow kit!
5)find the right nude for your lips! A concealer nude is never cute! Try a darker nude for the darker your skin tone. Or a pinky nude!

OOTD 10/10/14

I love this outfit and it was rainy and I wanted comfy! I went with a girlier look with the burgundy lace dress, and my current fav purse! :)))

a day in the theatre

 Hey lovelies!
We took a field trip today!! We went to see The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, to say it was amazing would be an understatement! I thought I would do a little of a ootd & motd since I actually looked nice on this rainy Friday!

Here we go!
First off, I like to start out with an under eye and a correction concealer! The ELF lifting one is great for under eyes if you have dark circles and I just use it with a brush, patting it then blending out. The Hard Candy one is great for spots!

2nd, I wanted more coverage today so I went with my favorite ELF foundation. It provides a nice fuller coverage but is still matte!
3rd, I go in with my Mary Kay blush in cherry blossom! It's a beautiful fall color that doesn't fade!
4th, are the eyes and my favorite step! I went in with my Lorac Pro 2, this pallette is great for any occasion! But before that I used my Maybelline Color Tattoo in  Barley Branded to set my shadow
5th, I just swept Mocha all over my lid then using a fluffy brush I blended Cocoa in the crease

6th, to finish my eye look I used my fav mascaras, which are Miss Manga and Clump Crusher. My favorite eyeliner to create a wing, they're real push up liner by benefit obvi!
Then, lastly is the lips I just used the wet and wild lipstick in Wine Room! Wet and Wild lipsticks are the bomb.com :)
